Resolution Pages 1 58 RESOLUTION NO. 2006 R A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CULVER CITY CALIFORNIA APPROVING AND ADOPTING A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH THE CULVER CITY MANAGEMENT GROUP AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 99 R090. WHEREAS the Culver City Management Group employee representatives and City representatives have met and conferred and executed a Master Memorandum of Understanding. NOW THEREFORE the City Council of the City of Culver City DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: 1. The Master Memorandum of Understanding a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof is hereby approved for the period October 1 2005 through September 30 2010. 2.
