BACKGROUND This item appeared on the City Council and Redevelopment Agency Board agendas for the meeting of October 5 2009. At the request of the City Manager/Executive Director this item was not discussed on October 5 2009 and the City Council and Agency Board determined to continue this item to this evening s meeting. On June 22 2009 the City Council and Redevelopment Agency Board adopted Interim 2009/10 Operating Budgets.
