Legacy Construction Inc. and authorize filing Notice of Completions for the Culver City Dog Park Project (P 816) Phase II BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION: On October 22 2007 the Council awarded a construction contract to C.S. Legacy Construction Inc. for the Culver City Dog Park Project (P 816) Phase II in the amount of $123 102. The scope of work consisted of new irrigation and landscape stabilized decomposed granite surface walkway shade structures fencing signage drinking fountains and conduits for future lighting. The project was successfully completed by C.S. Legacy Construction Inc. One change order was issued due to extra work items as requested by staff. The total amount of the change order was $3 988. It should be noted that additional gravel sumps were installed in accordance with the construction plan in order to improve the drainage for the two existing drinking fountains.
