BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION: On July 25 2005 the City Council awarded a design bid build contract to Raymundo Engineering Company Inc. for the engineering design and implementation components of the expansion of the CNG Refueling Station at the Culver City Transportation Facility in the amount of $120 000.
