RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that the Parks, Recreation and Community Services (PRCS)
Commissionhear updates from the members of the PRCS Commission Ad Hoc
Subcommittees and representative appointees to various outside associations and
City Committees, make comments, if any, and receive and file the report(s).
BACKGROUND:
Staff has prepared this report as a standing Agenda Item to give the Commissioners
an opportunity hear updates from the members of the PRCS Commission Ad Hoc
Subcommittees and representative appointees to various outside associations and
City Committees.
DISCUSSION:
Updates from Ad Hoc Subcommittees
The Parks, Recreation and Community Services Commission currently has three (3)
Ad Hoc Subcommittees which meet at the discretion of the members. The members
of these Ad Hoc Subcommittees may wish to update the full Commission on the
status of their projects, discuss alternatives and brainstorm ideas and/or receive
other types of suggestions and feedback from their colleagues.

The Parks, Recreation and Community Services Commission currently has
representative appointees to three (3) associations. These appointees may or may
not have an update for the full Commission at this evening’s meeting.
