RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends the City Council continue this public hearing to Monday, March 28,
2011 at 7:00 PM.
DISCUSSION
Official notice of this Public Hearing was provided indicating that this item would be
considered on February 28, 2011. Due to other pressing items requiring staff’s
attention, staff recommended the City Council continue this Public Hearing to Monday,
March 7, 2011. The City Council concurred with staff’s recommendation. At this time,
staff recommends the City Council again continue this public hearing to Monday, March
28, 2011.
