BACKGROUND / DISCUSSION: At its meeting of November 20 2013 the Planning Commission recommended to the City Council approval of proposed ZCA P P2013170 amending certain Zoning Code provisions affecting off street parking and loading as outlined in Exhibit A to the proposed Ordinance. At the City Council meeting of May 27 2014 the City Council unanimously approved for introduction the proposed Ordinance approving Zoning Code Amendment ZCA P P2013170. The Ordinance is brought back tonight for adoption by the City Council. FISCAL ANALYSIS: There is no fiscal impact associated with this agenda item.
