SCAG REGIONAL HOUSING NEEDS ALLOCATION BILL ON FAST TRACK The Southern California Association of Governments (SCAG) is getting ready to assign the fair share housing numbers to the region s cities and counties. This year however SCAG is seeking a couple of changes to the process in order to help fund the Regional Housing Needs Allocation (RHNA) which receives no direct support from the state.
