Orders the Preparation of the Engineer s Report for the Albright Avenue Street Lighting Assessment District for Fiscal Year 2006/2007; Declares its Intention to Order the Levy of Assessments for Fiscal Year 2006/2007; and Duly notices and sets a Public Hearing for June 26 2006 at 7:00 p.m. in the Mike Balkman Council Chamber to order the levy of this assessment. DISCUSSION: This is the second year of ten years that the City has ordered the annual assessment levy and collected assessments for the Albright Avenue Street Lighting Assessment District. A Public Hearing will be held not earlier than 45 days after authorization by City Council with a proposed date of June 26 2006.
