City of Culver City, California City Council Agenda Item Report RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends the City Council adopt an ordinance adding Section 3.01.015 to the Culver City Municipal Code prohibiting City Council Members from accepting or holding a position as a City employee for a period of two years after leaving office, and waive further reading. BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION: At the City Council’s February 11, 2008, meeting, the proposed ordinance was unanimously introduced for first reading. The ordinance is brought back for adoption.
