RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the City Council (1) introduce an Ordinance (Attachment No. 1) approving Zoning Code Amendment P-2016-0149-ZCA, Amending Zoning Code Section 17.320.020 - Number of Parking Spaces Required, Table 3-3B - Proposed amendments related to restaurant parking; and (2) discuss the proposed designation of certain commercial districts as Commercial Revitalization Areas in order to promote economic development and commercial property improvement, and provide direction related thereto.
