BACKGROUND / DISCUSSION: Originally the skate park was to be constructed in the grassy park area nearest the intersection of Jefferson and Duquesne but with the development of other options since the original discussions another area for consideration is at the basketball court location near the picnic and playground area. The final location of the skate park could be decided through the public process of the development phase.
