ATTACHMENTS 1 Proposal Guidelines Artist Proposals Pages 1 5 6 19 Ballona Creek Custom Gate Project Mandatory Proposal Meeting/Job Walk As a finalist you are required to come to a mandatory proposal meeting/job walk tentatively scheduled for the afternoon of February 18 2010. More information on this meeting will be forthcoming. Submission Requirements Additionally you must provide the following no later than 5prn on March 16 2010 (received by date/time): 1. Short narrative and description of materials (minimum of 1 2 paragraphs maximum of 1 page) 2. Detailed sketches or images of your design for the gate system. The gate must meet the specifications listed below . under Gate Specifications. 3. Detailed fee schedule including not to exceed fee (note: the project budget is approximately $20 000 25 000) a. Fee schedule must include line item for foundation design. It may include line items for post fabrication and construction of concrete foundation if relevant (see below under Important Notes ). All mileage expenses mailing/delivery and incidental expenses shall be included in the cost proposed. 4.
