RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends the City Council: (1) adopt a resolution declaring the existence of Level 2 Water Supply Shortage conditions and implementing mandatory conservation requirements per Chapter 5.03, Water Conservation of the Culver City Municipal Code; and (2) Introduce and adopt an Urgency Ordinance and Declaring the Urgency Thereof amending Section 5.03.040.B.5 relating to Level 2 Water Supply Shortage conservation requirements pertaining to swimming pools (introduction and adoption of an urgency ordinance requires a four-fifths vote of the City Council).
