Fulwood (05/14/08) RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends the City Council and Redevelopment Agency receive a presentation on the Fiscal Years 2008 09 & 2009 10 Proposed Budget from the Transportation Department Community Development Department and the Redevelopment Agency. DISCUSSION: The first budget study session of the Fiscal Years 2008 09 and 2009 10 Proposed Budget occurred on May 5th. The Chief Financial Officer gave a presentation to the City Council/Redevelopment Agency which included a discussion of current economic conditions and provided financial highlights for the City s major funds. Since then there have been two more Budget Study sessions held on May 12th and May 13th. Presentations to date have been given for the City Manager s Office City Clerk s Office Risk Management Division Fire Department Police Department Public Works Department (including Sewer and Sanitation Divisions and Capital Improvement Projects budget).
