BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION

This training will be presented by the City of Culver City Human Resources Department and facilitated by Right to Be. The 90-minute training will include a question-and-answer session immediately following the presentation of the material:

In this training, the goal is to give participants the tools to safely and effectively intervene when they witness harassment in public spaces.

Participants will be equipped with the right information on how to be an effective bystander in the midst of public space harassment using Right to Be’s proven 5Ds methodology.

Participants will practice so they may leave the training feeling more prepared to successfully and safely intervene.
