Accept the work performed by Carvajal Trucking & Tractor Inc. for the construction of the Citywide Sidewalk Repair Project PZ 428; and 2. Authorize filing a Notice of Completion; and 3. Authorize the release of the retention funds in the amount of $12 838.14 after the expiration of the 35 day lien period. BACKGROUND: On June 24 2013 the City Council awarded a construction contract to Carvajal Trucking & Tractor Inc. (CT&T) for the Citywide Sidewalk Repair Project (Project). The Project scope of work consisted of temporary sidewalk repairs at approximately 20 000 uplifted segments until permanent reconstruction could be performed either by City forces or through the capital improvement program....
