BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION: At its meeting of November 7 2005 the City Council adopted Ordinance amending various provisions of Chapter 7.03 of the Culver City Municipal Code relating to the parking of oversized non motorized and commercial vehicles 72 hour parking limitation and vehicle habitation (Attachment 2). As set forth in the Ordinance (CCMC 7.03.620) a violation of any provision of new subchapter 7.03.600 et seq. shall be deemed a civil offense and punishable by a fine established by resolution of the City Council. The proposed Resolution will amend the City s current Civil Penalty Bail Schedule ( Bail Schedule ) to include the provisions of this new subchapter and establish a civil penalty in the amount of $38.00 for a violation of these provisions.
