Fulwood (05/04/06) RECOMMENDATION: That the City Council adopt a resolution declaring the intention to order the assessment levy for the Residential Sanitation Service Charge with a proposed six percent (6%) increase for Fiscal Year July 1 2006 to June 30 2007 and sets the date time and place of the Public Hearing. FISCAL ANALYSIS: The Residential Sanitation Service Charge budget is 100 percent self supporting for all expenditures related to the collection operation & maintenance capital improvements disposal and processing of the City s residential refuse sanitation needs. Property owners within the District are charged for their fair share of these costs as will be described in an Engineer s Report. ATTACHMENTS: 1. Resolution of intention 2.
