Fulwood (05/16/07) RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends the City Council adopt a Resolution authorizing the City Manager or his/her designee as agent of the City to execute submit and amend all documents which may be necessary for the completion of the award of the Federal and State grant programs ( Grants ) and rescinding Resolution No. 2000 R017. BACKGROUND: Resolution No. 2000 R017 authorizes and directs the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) as agent of the City to execute the Administering Agency State Master Agreement No. 000240 Program Supplement Agreement No. 0191 Rev. 000 and any amendments and future program supplements for state only funds available to the City of Culver City. Said resolution was approved and adopted by the City Council on February 28 2000. DISCUSSION: Following the approval of Measure V by voters in the spring of 2006 the form of the City s administration changed from the Council Chief Administrative Officer form to the Council City Manager form of government.
