Orders the Preparation of the Engineer s Report for the Higuera Street Landscaping and Lighting Maintenance Assessment District for Fiscal Year 2006/2007; Declares its intention to Order the Levy of Assessments for Fiscal Year 2006/2007; and Sets a Public Hearing for June 26 2006 at 7:00 p.m. in the Mike Balkman Council Chamber to order the levy of this assessment BACKGROUND: Pursuant to the adoption of this Resolution a comprehensive Engineer s Report will be prepared on the District which will contain detailed information on the actual and estimated charges that are proposed.
