BACKGROUND / DISCUSSION: At its meeting of June 17 2014 the Parks Recreation and Community Services Commission recommended to the City Council approval of an amendment to the CCMC to allow for the establishment of designated dog paths by resolution of the City Council. At the City Council meeting of July 14 2014 the City Council unanimously introduced a proposed ordinance amending CCMC Section 9.10.600 regarding the definition and establishment by resolution of designated dog paths within Culver City parks.
