RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt a resolution approving the Final Map
for Tract Number 67488 consisting of a one lot subdivision creating 19 residential
airspace units and one commercial airspace unit at 13365 Washington Boulevard.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
On November 26, 2007, the City Council approved Tentative Tract Map, TTM
P-2006124 (Tract Number 67488). Subsequently, there were several extensions
approved by the City Council and the State for filing of the Final Map.
The Los Angeles County Department of Public Works has reviewed the Final Map
for Tract Number 67488 and approved the map for mathematical accuracy, survey
analysis, title information, and for compliance with the Subdivision Map Act. The
City’s Public Works Director/City Engineer and Planning Manager have certified that
this map conforms substantially to the approved tentative map and is in compliance
with all provisions of the City’s Subdivision Ordinance applicable at the time of
approval of the tentative map.
FISCAL ANALYSIS:
There is no fiscal impact associated with the approval of the Final Map for Tract
Number 67488.
