RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that the Culver City Redevelopment Agency (the “Agency”)
authorize entering into an agreement with Johnson Fain in an amount not to exceed
$647,000 for the preparation of the Washington/National Transit Area Specific Plan
and Environmental Impact Report and Approve a Budget Amendment to Appropriate
$647,000 from the Redevelopment 2002 Bond Fund to Account No.
55092620.619800, Washington/National Sites Other Contractual Services.

MOTION:
1. Authorize entering into a Professional Services Agreement with Johnson Fain for
the preparation of the Washington / National Transit Area Specific Plan and
CEQA Analysis for an amount not to exceed $647,000 and
2. Authorize the Assistant Executive Director to execute the agreement on behalf of
the Redevelopment Agency; and
3. Authorize the appropriation of $647,000 from the Redevelopment 2002 Bond
Fund to Account No. 55092620.619800, Washington/National Sites Other
Contractual Services.
