RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the City Council ratify the approval of the June 22, 2026 City Council Meeting Consent Calendar Items to include consent items C-13, C-14, C-15, and C-16.
BACKGROUND
At the June 22, 2026 City Council Meeting, the City Council discussed several of the consent items and voted to approve C-12 separately in advance of the rest of the consent calendar. After additional discussion on a few additional consent items, the rest of the Consent Calendar was approved unanimously. However, upon review by the City Clerk’s Office and the minutes transcriber, it was determined that only C-1 through C-11, were specifically named in the motion and that Consent Items C-13 through C-16 had not specifically been included.
DISCUSSION
In reviewing the recording, it is evident that the City Council’s action was to approve the full consent calendar except C-12 which had a separate vote.
The following “City Clerk Note” has been added to the minutes of the June 22, 2026 calendar for reference:
**CITY CLERK’S NOTE: ITEMS C-13, C-14, C-15 AND C-16 WERE INADVERTENTLY OMITTED FROM THE VOTE FOR THE CONSENT CALENDAR. TO REMEDY THE VOTE, THE CITY COUNCIL WILL RATIFY APPROVAL OF THESE ITEMS AT THE JULY 13, 2026 CITY COUNCIL MEETING AS PART OF A CONSENT ITEM.**
By approving this report and reviewing the attached agenda from June 22, 2026, the City Council ratifies that the items are approved.
FISCAL ANALYSIS
There is no fiscal impact to ratify the consent calendar from June 22, 2026.
