BACKGROUND: This item was originally scheduled before the City Council on May 24, 2010. At that time, at the request of the applicant, the City Council continued this public hearing to this evening. DISCUSSION: Since May 24, 2010, the applicant has met with staff to discuss some outstanding issues. These discussions have not yet concluded. Therefore, staff requests (with the concurrence of the applicant) the City Council continue this Public Hearing to Monday, June 28, 2010.
