BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
The following seats on the Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee (BPAC) were vacated on or before 06/30/2025.
• Resident Senior Member
• Youth/Student Member
• Business Community Member
• Employee Member Seat
• Resident Member 1
The new/returning members listed below were appointed to fill these seats by the City Council at the 06/08/2026 City Council meeting.
• Randall Fallows to Resident Senior Member for full two-year term expiring on June 30, 2028
• Kayler Tomlinson to Youth/Student Member for full two-year term expiring on June 30, 2028
• Travis Morgan to Business Community Member for full two-year term expiring on June 30, 2028
• Adam Rich to Employee Member for a partial term through June 30, 2027
• Tamar Christensen to Resident Member 1 for full two-year term expiring on June 30, 2028
New/returning members will be sworn in by BPAC Chair/Vice Chair.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
Chair/Vice Chair to swear in new and/or re-appointed members of the Bicycle & Pedestrian Advisory Committee for 2026-27:
