RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends the City Council and Redevelopment Agency Board receive a
presentation on the City Manager’s Proposed Budgets for the City Council, City
Manager’s Office, City Clerk’s Office, Human Resources Department, Finance
Department, Information Technology Department, and the City Attorney’s Office.
DISCUSSION:
The City Manager/Executive Director transmitted his proposed budget for Fiscal
Year 2010-2011 to the City Council on Monday, May 17, 2010. Tonight, the City
Manager/Executive Director, as supported by the Department Heads, will give a
presentation to the City Council and Agency Board related to the Proposed Budget
for the Departments and Offices noted above.
MOTION:
That the City Council and Redevelopment Agency Board:
Receive a presentation from the City Manager/Executive Director, Assistant City
Manager/City Clerk, .Director of Human Resources, Chief Financial Officer, Chief
Information Officer, and City Attorney.
