RECOMMENDATION
The Finance Advisory Committee (FAC) should consider updating member appointments to the following ad hoc subcommittees: Assets Ad Hoc Subcommittee, Structural Revenue Review Ad Hoc Subcommittee, Affordable Housing Ad Hoc Committee, and the 2025 Government Efficiency Ad Hoc Subcommittee.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
At the February 12, 2025 Regular Meeting, the FAC welcomed a new member. With the new Committee member in place, all nine Committee seats are currently filled.
The FAC currently has several Ad Hoc Subcommittee dedicated to specific topics and tasks. Each FAC Ad Hoc Subcommittee may have up to four members. Below is a list of the FAC’s current Ad Hoc Subcommittees and their current members.
• Assets Ad Hoc Subcommittee
o Members: Bauer, Griffing, Lachoff, Thakur
• Structural Revenue Review Ad Hoc Subcommittee
o Members: Bauer, Jones, Lachman
• Affordable Housing Ad Hoc Subcommittee
o Members: Austin, Bauer, Lachman
• 2025 Government Efficiency Ad Hoc Subcommittee
o Members: Di Vincente, Lachman, Thakur
At this time, the Committee may appoint new members to the Structural Revenue Review Ad Hoc Subcommittee, Affordable Housing Ad Hoc Committee, and the 2025 Government Efficiency Ad Hoc Subcommittee or update the members of all Ad Hoc subcommittees, if desired.

That the Finance Advisory Committee:
1. Appoint, by majority vote, updated members of the Assets Ad Hoc Subcommittee, Structural Revenue Review Ad Hoc Subcommittee, and Affordable Housing Ad Hoc Subcommittee and the 2025 Government Efficiency Ad Hoc Subcommittee, if desired.
