City of Culver City, California City Council Agenda Item Report PH1-1 RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends the City Council continue the public hearing to February 11, 2008. PROCEDURE: 1. Mayor calls on staff for a brief staff report. 2. Mayor opens the public hearing to allow for public comment, if any. 3. Mayor seeks a motion to continue the public hearing to February 11, 2008. The following procedures will be carried-over to the evening of February 11, 2008: 4. Receive comment from the applicant and public. 5. Mayor seeks a motion to close the public hearing after all testimony has been presented. 6. Council discusses the matter and arrives at its decision. BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION: There is a potential that all City Councilmembers may not be in attendance at this meeting. To insure all Councilmembers are able to participate in this very important policy discussion, staff recommends the City Council continue this item to February 11, 2008.
