RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that the Parks and Recreation Commission review the 2009 and
2010 schedules of Commission meetings and provide direction to staff.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
At the July 1, 2008 Parks and Recreation Commission meeting, the Commission
approved the list of scheduled meetings for 2009 and made some adjustments due
to scheduling conflicts from legal holidays and/or the unavailability of the Council
Chambers. The meeting schedule for the remainder of 2009 is as follows:
