RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Planning Commission (1) receive a presentation and provide comments, if desired, regarding Fiscal Year 2023-2024 Advance Planning Division and Current Planning Division Work Plan Accomplishments and proposed Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Work Plans; and (2) authorize transmittal to City Council.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
Since the FY 2014-2015 budget process the City Council has provided additional opportunities for public input into the budget document. Specifically, the City Council has invited members of the City’s Commissions, Committees, and Boards to provide comments on budget and work plans during the budget process.
Members of the City’s Commissions, Committees, and Boards are welcomed to attend all the public meetings of the City Council at which the budget will be reviewed and ultimately considered for adoption by the City Council.

MOTIONS
That the Planning Commission:
1. Receive presentation on the Accomplishments of FY 2023-2024 Work Plan and proposed FY 2024-2025 Work Plan for the Advance Planning Division and the Current Planning Division;
2. Provide comments, if desired; and
3. Authorize transmittal to City Council.
