Clarke, Board Member Micheál O’Leary, Board Member Andrew Weissman, Board Member o0o Closed Session At 6:30 p.m., the Parking Authority recessed to Closed Session to discuss the following item: CS-1 Conference with Legal Counsel – Existing Litigation Re: City of Culver City, etc., et al. v. Ana Matosantos, etc., et al.
