Fulwood (07/23/08) City of Culver City, California City Council Agenda Item Report On behalf of Caltrans, LADOT determined the cost and feasibility of having a northbound left turn phase included as part of the widening project. The cost to design and construct the northbound left turn phase is estimated to be $40,000. LADOT is receptive to accomplishing this effort as part of the widening project to which Culver City has already committed $90,000 for our portion of the grant’s matching funds. The $40,000 in Play Vista Traffic Mitigation funds being requested is in addition to the $90,000 already appropriated. Playa Vista Traffic Mitigation funds currently has approximately $1.6 million available for capital improvements.
