RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the City Council receive presentations on the City Manager’s Proposed Budget for Fiscal Year 2019/2020 from each City Department Head.
DISCUSSION
The City Manager/Executive Director transmitted his Proposed Budget for Fiscal Year 2019/2020 to the City Council on Monday, May 13, 2019. During the City Council meetings of May 20 and 21, 2019, the City Manager/Executive Director, as supported by the Department Heads, will give a presentation to the City Council related to the Proposed Budget for each Department.
The anticipated order of presentations is as follows, but is subject to change:
Monday, May 20th and Tuesday, May 21st, beginning at 3:00 pm

RECOMMENDED MOTIONS
That the City Council:
Receive a presentation from the City Manager/Executive Director and all Department Heads related to the City Manager’s Proposed Budget for Fiscal Year 2019/2020 and direct the City Manager as deemed appropriate.
