RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends the City Council and Redevelopment Agency Board receive an
overview presentation on the City Manager’s Proposed Budget for Fiscal Year 2010-
2011 (Proposed Budget) from the City Manager/Executive Director, and receive
presentations from the Police Department and Fire Department.
DISCUSSION:
The City Manager/Executive Director transmitted his proposed budget for Fiscal
Year 2010-2011 to the City Council on Monday, May 17, 2010. Tonight, the City
Manager/Executive Director will give a presentation to the City Council and Agency
Board related to the Proposed Budget and the Two Year Action Plan contained in
his budget message. In addition to this general overview, the City Council and
Redevelopment Agency Board will receive a presentation from the Police
Department and Fire Department.
MOTION:
That the City Council and Redevelopment Agency Board:
Receive a presentation from the City Manager/Executive Director, Police Chief and
Fire Chief.
