RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt a proposed resolution approving the
Final Map for Tract Number 63634 consisting of a one lot subdivision creating 6
commercial air space units at 13340 Washington Boulevard.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
On June 28, 2010, the City Council approved Tentative Tract Map, TTM P-2010028
(Tract number 63634).
The Los Angeles County Department of Public Works has reviewed the Final Map
for Tract Number 63634 and approved the Map for mathematical accuracy, survey
analysis, title information, and for compliance with the Subdivision Map Act. The
City’s Public Works Director/City Engineer and Planning Manager have certified that
this map conforms substantially to the tentative map and is in compliance with all
provisions of the City’s Subdivision Ordinances applicable at the time of approval of
the Tentative Map.
FISCAL ANALYSIS:
There is no fiscal impact to the approval of the Final Map for Tract Number 63634.
