BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
In accordance with the Section VI. of the updated City Council Policy No. 3002 titled, City Commissions, Boards and Committees; Appointed Representatives to Outside Agencies and Boards, “[p]eriodically, but no less than biannually, each CBC shall submit to the City Council a written report on their respective activities.” The City Clerk’s Office recently notified staff that the reports are due to their office in August 2022. This report is separate from City department workplans developed in conjunction with the FY 2023 budget.
Staff has prepared a draft summary report of actions of the Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee based on minutes and agendas from meetings between January - June of 2022. The report also includes a list of potential work plans for the Committee to be undertaken from July - December 2022.
Staff recommends the Committee review and discuss the report and authorize transmittal to the City Council with or without changes.

That the Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee:
1. Approve the biannual report of activities (either with or without changes); and,
