RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the Finance Advisory Committee (FAC) receive presentation and discuss business license ordinance and associated penalties.
BACKGROUND / DISCUSSION
As part of its 2021/2022 FAC Work Plan, the Committee will be reviewing the business license ordinance and associated penalties. This item was previously analyzed developed just prior to the pandemic, which usurped plans to make recommendations to the City Council. Staff will present on current process for FAC discussion and transmission to the Subcommittee for further development.
