RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the Civil Service Commission continue the public hearing on the following matter to November 3, 2021: (1) Consider Amendments to the Civil Service Rules, Rule 3; and (2) Make Recommendations to the City Council for Approval and Adoption of Amendments.
PROCEDURES:
The following procedure were completed at the meeting of August 4, 2021:
1. The Civil Service Commission, by a majority vote, continued the public hearing to September 1, 2021.
The following procedures were completed at the meeting of September 1, 2021:
1. The Civil Service Commission opened the public hearing and received public comment.
2. The Civil Service Commission, by a majority vote, continued the public hearing to October 6, 2021.
Staff recommends the following procedure for the meeting of October 6, 2021:
1. On a duly made motion and second, the public hearing be continued to November 3, 2021.
