RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Parks, Recreation and Community Services (PRCS) Commission (1) review the 2021 Meeting Calendar and the Upcoming Agenda Items List and make adjustments, if necessary; (2) discuss topics for inclusion in the next PRCS Commission report to the City Council; and, (3) receive and file the report.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
Staff has prepared this report as a standing Agenda Item to give the PRCS Commission Members an opportunity to review the Meeting Calendar for the current year and the Upcoming Agenda Items List which are both provided as Attachment 1. Commission Members may also wish to discuss topics for inclusion in the next PRCS Commission report to the City Council. Any adjustments to the Meeting Calendar and/or the Upcoming Agenda Items List and decisions regarding topics to be included in the next PRCS Commission report to the City Council may be agreed upon by consensus of the Commission. Once consensus has been reached, a motion may be made to receive and file the report.
FISCAL ANALYSIS - There is no fiscal impact associated with this discussion.
