BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
During the March 14, 2021 EHRAC meeting, the ad hoc subcommittee to plan public events for the 2020-2021 fiscal year presented on events planned for the remaining of the 2020-2021 fiscal year. The members of the ad hoc subcommittee are members Moammar, Di Vincente, McBride and Morgan.
During the May 25, 2021 EHRAC meeting, the committee discussed the suggested events and staff provided information regarding the scheduling of the events based on the limited staff resources and recommended hosting some of the public events during the regular meeting times on the fourth Tuesdays of the month.
In light of the discussion on May 25th, the subcommittee provides a report proposing dates for some of the events. Attached is their report.
