RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Planning Commission receive and discuss proposed revisions to the Standard Conditions of Approval and direct staff to return with final revised Standard Conditions for Planning Commission's approval at a future meeting.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
In an effort to simplify and condense the existing Standard Conditions of Approval (attached), staff has reviewed and identified several conditions that are no longer necessary to be included. Since the adoption of the current Standard Conditions of Approval, many conditions have been codified and are now required by the Culver City Municipal Code. In addition, over the years since the adoption of the Standard Conditions of Approval, City departments have revised or added to the original Standard Conditions to better reflect the intent of those specific conditions. Current Planning is providing, for discussion only, proposed changes to the Standard Conditions and asks that the Planning Commission instruct staff to revise as appropriate.
