RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the City Council receive presentations on the City Manager's Proposed Budget for Fiscal Year 2021/2022 from each City Department Head.
DISCUSSION
The City Manager/Executive Director transmitted his Proposed Budget for Fiscal Year 2021/2022 to the City Council on Monday, May 10, 2021. During the City Council meetings of May 17, May 18, and May 19 (if needed), 2021 the City Manager/Executive Director, as supported by the Department Heads, will give a presentation to the City Council related to the Proposed Budget for each Department.
The anticipated order of presentations is as follows, but is subject to change:
Monday, May 17th, Tuesday, May 18th, beginning at 3:00 pm and Wednesday, May 19th (if needed)
