RECOMMENDATION:

That the Planning Commission continue the public hearing until a date certain, April 14, 2021.


DISCUSSION:

In response to the publication and circulation of the Project's Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND) from January 21, 2021 to February 19, 2021, the City received several comments and questions that require additional time to ensure incorporation into the MND. Consequently, staff is requesting the Planning Commission continue the public hearing until a date certain, April 14, 2021 to allow adequate time for public comments on the MND to be addressed prior to Planning Commission consideration of the Project entitlements and MND.
