BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
At the November 18, 2020 Mobility Subcommittee meeting, Staff presented the Move Culver City Project (Project) and presented the design concepts and introduced circulator service. Staff has subsequently conducted various outreach activities throughout the project design development process and engaged stakeholders and public to refine the design of the mobility lane and obtain feedback on the themes for the art-inspired art treatment. On February 1st, the City Council unanimously approved the design guidelines and design decision recommendations and authorized staff to finalize the version 4 design based on these approved guidelines and design decision recommendations.
