RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Parks, Recreation and Community Services (PRCS) Commission receive and file the report regarding the fields and grounds maintenance of Culver City Parks from the Parks Division of the Culver City Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
A Seasonal Maintenance Matrix detailing the grounds maintenance of Culver City Parks on a quarterly basis is provided as Attachment 1. The Fields Maintenance Overview is provided as Attachment 2. Site maps of Culver City Parks and Park areas are provided as Attachment 3. As part of his presentation on the evening of the meeting, Parks Manager / City Landscape Architect Patrick Reynolds will be providing information regarding any special field maintenance procedures and/or challenges related to each of these Parks. The following Parks and Park areas are included in Attachment 3:
