RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Equity & Human Relations Advisory Committee (EHRAC):
discuss the City Council October 26, 2020 amendments to the EHRAC Bylaws regarding the selection of the Labor representative seat; (2) (if desired) discuss further amendments to the Labor seat selection process and recommend any changes to City Council; and (3) provide direction to staff if deemed appropriate.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
