RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the City Council adopt a resolution approving the final map for Tract Number 73978 consisting of merger and resubdivision of 52 lots and creation of 3 lots and 9 air space lots for the Ivy Station Project located at 8824 National Boulevard (Project).
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
On March 28, 2016, the City Council approved Tentative Tract Map 73978 for the Project. The scope of the Project consists of a 52-lot resubdivision for air space and subdivision purposes and abandonment of the Exposition Boulevard right-of-way.
The County of Los Angeles Public Works Department/Land Development Division has reviewed the Final Map for Tract Number 73978 and approved the map for mathematical accuracy, survey analysis, title information, and for compliance with the Subdivision Map Act. The City's Public Works Director/City Engineer and the Current Planning Manager have certified that this map conforms substantially to the approved tentative map and is in compliance to all the provisions of the City's Subdivision Ordinance applicable at the time of approval of the tentative map.
