Attached is a summary of the terms and conditions of the Tesla offer.

 

 

FISCAL ANALYSIS

 

No cost impacts. Tesla will pay the City a monthly fee for use of the parking spaces for the charging stations.

RECOMMENDED MOTION

 

That the Mobility, Traffic and Parking Subcommittee:

 

Receive a presentation from Tesla outlining the terms and conditions contained in their offer to install 8-16 electric vehicle charging stations in a City-owned parking structure downtown; and

 

1.                     Place consideration of Tesla’s offer on a future City Council agenda; or

2.                     Decline Tesla’s offer; or

3.                     Provide staff other direction.
